How your registration information is handled

• Your information is collected to review your account request, provide requested programs or services, administer your membership/account, and communicate with you about your request.
• Private or restricted information is available only to authorized ACMS staff who require access for registration review, support, or service delivery.
• High-school student information, unemployment/assistance status, accessibility/accommodation information, and uploaded résumés are not displayed on public or member-facing profiles.
• Résumés are stored as private ACMS-managed documents and are not published to the WordPress Media Library.
• ACMS uses security controls such as form validation, access permissions, audit records, rate limiting, and anti-abuse checks. Network information such as an IP address may be processed temporarily for security and rate-limiting purposes.
• Essential account, verification, privacy, and security notices may be sent even when optional communications are not selected.
• Your information should be retained, archived, or deleted according to the organization’s applicable privacy and records-retention policies.

No Internet service can guarantee absolute security. ACMS limits access to sensitive registration information and uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access or disclosure.

This form may use Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-abuse verification. The CAPTCHA provider may process technical information needed to perform the challenge.
